This product is great for holding pearls, beads, or other small objects. Most of the charms closed securely and stayed shut without the chain in place. They aren't high quality but are a great deal.

I honestly expected these to be crappy because of the price. We got them as party favors for a birthday party where the kids got to open oysters to find a pearl. These were really easy to insert the pearl and close up. I’m also confident the kids will be able to wear them without the pearl falling out because there isn’t a clasp, the open piece bends back into place. And these are beautiful!

I was surprised at how nice these looked. They come with 5 "pearls" and a lot of tiny "pom poms". I bought real glass beads and put inside them and they were gorgeous. Everyone loved them. Not sure how they hold up to humidity since they are silver plated but, they were pretty after having put the beads inside them. I was surprised, as well, that there is NO hinge which opens the charm. You must pull one of the sections open (very gently) to insert the bead and then push the section closed. I'm also not sure how many times one can change out a bead before it actually breaks because bending metal back and forth eventually breaks it. We didnt have any to break. They were all very pretty and no issues at all. I would definitely buy these again.

I got these and gave them to several people with an oyster to open as gifts. Everyone has loved them! They make very cute necklaces or keychain. They are perfect for any age.

This cage will fit a 6mm pearl but I tried a 7 mm and it does not close

Although the product is beautiful, I found that where you are supposed to thread your necklace/bracelet through is too small to do so.

These were very pretty and fancy looking. We used these for party gifts for my daughters birthday. We opened an oyster and all the girls got a necklace using these pearl cages. Only thing I wish was different is that the clasp at the top was so narrow I had to use jewelry pliers to open them, put the necklace in and then close again. It was just an extra step that I would have liked to avoid. But overall, they look nice, it was easy to put the pearls in and they looked great. Would buy them again/recommend to a friend 😊
