It's the perfect accompaniment for so many fish dishes, especially great on grilled salmon, which we eat quite often. It's got just the right amount of flavor combinations to enhance the fish, without overpowering it. We truly love the succulent flavor of salmon from the ice cold, pristine waters of Scandinavia and this sauce is the only one we'll serve with it!*** Addendum on 10/3/20: We ordered and received in June 2020, sadly we didn’t check the bottle. We not only received the wrong version “Fat Free” we ordered regular. We only opened it today Oct 3, 2020 and it tasted horrible, but now we see it is past the best by date of Aug 7, 2019 so BE CAREFUL AND CHECK YOUR BOTTLE WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT. It's too late for us to get a refund. :-(

This is great for a fish fry, a nice variation from tartar sauce!!

Yep! The headline says it all -- this is simply the best sauce I've found for poached or grilled salmon! I'm a repeat customer!

I find this sauce rather blah.

It seems runnier than the last bottle I had. That is probably how they make it now. Love it on salmon.

I tried it plain while the fish was cooking and wasn't impressed but my opinion did a 180 when I tried it ON the fish! I wished I had cooked a larger portion of fish so I could keep enjoying it. It has a tang the way tartar sauce does but is lighter. The dill is subtle, not overpowering, it really is a balanced sauce that is worth trying.

Just what my salmon needed.

I love salmon and I love this sauce on salmon! For some reason it’s recently become hard to find in the grocery stores in Oregon and California so I was glad to be able to order it on Amazon. I could make it for myself, I suppose, but I’m a travel nurse so I don’t have access to cooking and storage options for the large amounts called for in recipes. So, as long as I can find bottles of this yummy sauce I’ll keep buying it!
