Very good; healthy cereal as a fiber supplement
It a favorite. Not sweet & not crunchy hard like other fiber cereals. Doesn’t get soggy & can be added on other foods … yogurt, ice cream, etc.I wish it more readily available. Seems most comes via way of Canada. Amcan sent my last order.One caution … ordering food typically cannot be returned & the expiration dates on both my 2 boxes have only 4months to expiry. So I’m stuck with eating 2boxes in four months — I’m not happy about that.

This cereal is pricey and not as good as Grape Nuts.
