You can only toggle the mic off and on. The volume switch is only for the volume of the earphones. Everyone in my games can hear me clearly

En caso de que sea el adaptador que viene de manera separada dentro de la caja del Headset podrías adquirir o tratar de conseguir cualquier otro para que estos te funcionen perfectamente.
