FunkoPop! Disney: Pixar Alien Remix - Roz, Multicolor, 3.75 inches (49606)

So, this review is more for the customer service part. My origional order was damaged in the mail and never even got to my house. So they said they would send a refund. I was bumbed becasue the funko pop is ADORABLE. Then after 2 weeks I noticed still no refund so I called Amazon's customer service. I was excpecting your normal, fighitng with the robot for 2 hours then listening to a cranky person who can't help (like most customer service numbers) Instead I spoke with the robot for 2 minutes, and then was trasfered to a person! Not just any person, a friendly, awake, helpful person! I was thrilled. Not only was he able to help me with the whole refund problem but he was able to help me get a replacment instead which is what I really wanted but didn't know I could get. Now I have the toy and I LOVE it. It is so cute and I can't wait to give it to my sister. (It is part of a graduation gift)

I gave this to my husband for his work desk since he's working from home these days.. she's always watching 🤣

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my BFF and he loved it. Super cute. I recommend this 👌

Perfect addition to my collection

Bought this as an inside joke for my boss. She loves it and has it displayed proudly in her office. The only think I dislike about this is the fact that Roz in the movie has 2 eyes, and the figurine has 3 eyes. You would think they would have paid more attention to that detail when they made the figurine. Other than that, it’s a great item.
