Not a 1:1 sugar substitute IMO, but the best I've tried
This is hands down the best sugar substitute I've tried. There is almost no difference taste wise from sugar. However, to be fair it is pricey and not a 1:1 substitute. It's more like 3:2. For instance, I take 2 sugars in my coffee but I need 3 of this. But in spite of the cost, I'm giving it 5 stars for taste because I simply have never been able to find a decent tasting sugar substitute till now. For baking, since many recipes call for more sugar than you need, I have found that a 50-50 mix of this with sugar provides all of the flavor, half the calories, and mixing it reduces the cost. A good, albeit pricey, product that I order every month.

Great Substitute for sugar !!
For diabetics or people just watching their figure the Monk Fruit is very good ! cereal- coffee puddings - I'm sure you can even bake with it but it's not as sweet as sugar. But it's a really great substitute !!!

Not as sweet as sugar.
This is not as sweet as sugar so I go through quite a lot to sweeten my tea. It is actually quite expensive for what it is. I am not sure that I will continue to use it even though I like the flavor of my tea with this sweetner.

Go with the "L" Brand for better flavor/sweetness
I'm just now looking into Keto-friendly sweeteners, and Monk Fruit is among the top of the list. I bought this Splenda brand and the Lakanto brand in one order to do a comparison.I poured 2 x 8 oz cups of Lipton Iced Tea and added a measured tsp of each sweetener. I've been using Splenda sweetener forever, so I expected that one to win. Nope! The Lakanto cup had a sweet tea tase, albeit not as sweet as I normally like. The Splenda cup almost tasted like no sweetener was added.I added a second tsp in each, and the Lakanto was almost equal to the way I normally like my tea. The Splenda cup was sweeter than before. I'd say the Splenda cup with 2 tsps was almost the same as the Lakanto cup with 1.I added a 3rd tsp to the Splenda cup, just to see what that ratio would do. The Splenda was still behind the Lakanto's taste. My conclusion is you'd need at least 2-3 times the Splenda sweetener to get close to the same flavor as the Lakanto sweetener offers. Of course, taste does vary from person to person, so take my opinion with a grain of ..... sugar? :)I requested a refund for the Splenda, which Amazon immediately issued without the need to return the product. I'll try the Splenda in other things like hot tea and coffee, just to see if that makes a difference. If anything changes, I'll amend this review.
