We use this in commercial cleaning, specifically for cleaning window trays in new construction. It is a great machine and makes cleaning quick and the results are great.

Very good small compact product able to steam my whole home

The media could not be loaded. The steamer really works well in the amount of steam produced and the time it works before needing filled with water again. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the sturdiness of the floor extensions. They connect but when your exerting force by strenuous cleaning it seems to bow and not seem to have the sturdiness I hoped to have. I also tried the hand tools and after vigorous cleaning the attachment would fall off. But I assume just let the STEAM do the work and not vigorous effort is needed? I'll keep it hoping I find the functionality of the steamer justifies me keeping it.

The first time I used this product I thought to myself “WOAH, this is a dream!”I used it in multiple situations including•cleaning grime off of kitchen cabinets•cleaning grime off the baseboards in the kitchen/bathroom•cleaning grime off kitchen/bathroom walls•cleaning around and I mean ALL around my families toilet areas•deep cleaning the hardware of the toilet seat•I cleaned two white pairs of shoes and they look brand new•asphalt off of the linoleum floors and out of the dryer (my boyfriend works in asphalt and it’s everywhere..well it was) I easily scraped this stuff off with my fingernails once I steamed it. This was nice.• I mopped a few times (with the ONE mop pad they sent)But it’s not a big deal that you only get one bc the thing on the end works easily w any kind of microfiber pad situation (disposable/reusable)Now as you can see, I worked this bad boy pretty hard!I researched this product for several months and I decided to purchase this one because of the 30 minutes of continuous steam and the amount of water it held (I think one liter I may be wrong) and also I liked how the extra tools were nicely stored on the side.Here are the negatives• the plastic gets so hot from the steam and this causes the mop handle to get very flimsy. I don’t know about you, but I push down on my mop pretty hard.•one of the attatchmente with the scrubby Brussels on it actually MELTED. They did send a replacement already in there (prolly gonna melt too)•the melted attachment confirmed my suspicions of the flimsy handle potentially snapping due to the heat durability of the plastic they used…ONE last thing. The attatchments need to snap on the end better because one of them flew off the end on me multiple times because it easily comes u screwed. It just needs a deeper groove…Now all this being said.. it’s a decent product it rolls easily, looks attractive, very light, and it would be great if you fixed those miner little issues!

We use this on just about everything in the house & vehicles. I’ve had smaller ones this model is hands down the best one yet! Great for cleaning furniture,vehicles etc. I use use it to clean my Harley & ATV. Great for disinfecting door handles cleaning windows! I don’t use it on the wood floors but it’s great for cleaning tile & grout. The power cord is extra Long. The hose is extra long. It heats up relatively quick. Be careful when refilling it! Let it cool down for a few mins. There is a lot of pressure under the refill cap

I’ve only had this for a few days but I’m extremely impressed how much steam it puts out! As long as it last a while this is a great buy

Right out the box, this item has scratches.

I assumed this cleaner was just a basic steamer clean, but it actually much powerful, especially when tackling kitchen cleaning tasks. I put it to the test on my microwave, hood…all the challenging part to clean, and it performed great. It not only cleaned effectively but also targeted those stubborn spots.Suggestions for improvement: enhancing the stability of the stand and exploring the possibility oro make it cordless.
