Now I know why is so expensive because is very good product, very useful my wife loves it , she used it everyday to straight her hair , value for money for thought who need to deal with hair everyday , gotta have this piece it will last forever.

I have several straighter but this is a great one . Shiny abs soft hair and I do not feel it damage my hair same as another ones that I had before .

Bought it it Nov 30th, 2020. Start cracking and bulging about summer 2021. I need to return or exchange or something. This is not right. I've had cheap ones that lasted me years.

I almost never leave reviews but this one really called for it.I consider myself pretty technologically savvy but this hair straightener is not intuitive to use at all. I followed all the instructions to get it set up -- however every time I use it, it shuts off after only a few minutes of use. It's definitely something with the touch screen sensitivity because if I leave it on the counter after turning it on and don't touch anything then it stays on.Which brings me to my next point:WHY WOULD YOU PUT A TOUCH SCREEN ON A HAIR STRAIGHTENER?!?!Especially on the OUTSIDE OF IT where people put their hands.(Yes, I know there's a lock option on the touch screen & using it hasn't solved my issue)Could this all be the result of human error? Sure, but I shouldn't have to pull out my user manual every time I straighten my hair. Again, this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to new technology.So, if you like throwing away your money then look no further! Otherwise, I suggest getting something else with your money.

You'll love this if you enjoy high tech items which require instructions for use out the box. This straightener is good, works amazing by far but there are honestly too many bells and whistles that its far too complicated to use at 6AM just to straighten your hair. There are multiple options for use, multiple heat options, dings, bells, noises coming from the thing......I just feel like i would have been better off with something more straight forward, no pun intended. I have been using T3 for years and their other products are great and easy to use.

Pros:- makes beautiful, tight curls and easy to handle.- gets hot quickly.Cons:- loud whistling music to turn it on and to turn it off. You can't turn off the sounds btw.- difficult to remember all the gimmicks to turn on/off, and how to setup the iron.- accidental touches trigger the iron to go into reset/pause mode and you have to know which signals to press to continue, so don't throw out the manual.

Tried many others with poor results. This one is awesome in every way. Worth the price and glad I did not give up on finding a flat iron.
