Fabulous!
First, this has no salt...that is great. You add your own. Second, this is smooth spices, not hot. That being said, what a great mix. I used one can rinsed chick peas, one large washed, but not peeled, sweet potato, and one cup frozen chopped kale. Cubed the potato, stir fried in grapeseed oil (non-flavor), added kale after 5 minutes, tossed in chickpeas sprinkled w/about 1/4 water ( not the chickpea water as too salty= no salt-free available). Then sprinkled about 2 tablespoons mix over (enough so complete thin layer across), covered and raised heat to a bubble; kale being the kick-more of 'water'. Turned low, simmered 30 minutes to infuse flavor. Added a little salt, greek yogurt (makes a creamy version) and pepper; served. Gorgeous! Not over powering, and healthy.

Legit!
This spice mix is incredible. It has the most rounded and well balanced flavor profile I have ever come across. For someone who isn't as experienced in mixing their own spices this was absolutely the thing I was looking for. Also for someone who may be more experienced this is a great addition to the pantry, as it is likely a great base to start and also to use if you are in a time or spice inventory crunch. I def will be making this for my extended family soon. And I'll be sure to reorder as soon as I'm done with it. Also you really can't beat the price.

Great spice blend!!! A must have
I love this spice blend as it adds a unique flavor to any dish. I use it for daily curries even and it definitely makes it yummier. The aroma it has – wow!!! My kitchen feels incomplete without this blend.
