I bought these to make sourdough crumpets but I think they will also work well for pancakes and English muffins. They seem durable and do their job, but make sure to butter the rings before using or your batter will stick to them.

Overall a very good product. The size is very good, the functionality is what is expected. They are easy to clean, fun to use, and the baking capacity is great.

These are nice large rings and did hold my crumpet batter in its shape. The only issue is that even when well greased some of the crumpets tick to the ring and have to be loosen with a butter knife. Maybe I should have gotten the non stick rings instead.

These just arrived last night. They are well packaged in a box, individually wrapped inside, outer paper bubble mailer package. They seem sturdier than tin cookie cutters and are rolled on both sides for protection. I was looking for set with cut edge on one side, but could not find unless I bought biscuit cutters separately, or graduated set which I already have. Have issues with certain foods & recently bought brand with T cranberry English muffins for holiday season. They were fabulous, & easy for me to eat as no cinnamon or spices. Want to replicate at home so needed these little rings to proof muffins & cook on griddle. Could do without, but know I will be making often enough to justify buying. Washed & dried nicely. Will update after few uses as to levelness, difference using or not, etc. But can definitely see ordering at least one more set, if not 3 more for large batches.

Theses are perfect for me to make lentil burgers. They wash up really well.

I use them to make breakfast sandwiches. Egg leakage is minimal and 4 of them fit perfectly on my square skillet. The eggs did stick but I think due to me not brushing w oil. Functional and useful when meal prepping
