it's a great looking shirt. however, it does not run small. maybe some of the reviewers run large :D? I am 5'7", slim/athletic build, 36C normally wear a size 6/8 or medium, but chose a large based on reviews. it was way too big, especially in the arms. will return for a medium.

This price was a little more than what I would normally pay for a denim shirt (but clothing is more expensive everywhere nowadays). It was absolutely worth it. This is soft and so well-made and comfortable. Plus it’s such a versatile piece. I went two sizes up to make it have more of a loose fit. I’m considering getting it in another style too. This is very consistent with the great quality you would expect from Levi’s.

Excellent shirt, nice weight of denim, Medium fits perfectly. I ordered the med & lg to see which would fit better. The lg was the exact same size as the med, so glad the medium worked. I've been looking for a high quality western-style shirt and I found it. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the sizing

I absolutely love Western style button downs. I’ve had this exact Levi’s one in dark blue denim for several years that I bought from Kohl’s. Just bought this in burgundy. The color is great and it’s not too thick or thin. Do I think it’s worth $50? No, but if it lasts as long as my other (still looks new), then it’s a good value. My OG is a large and I ordered this one in XL. Both fit fine and look good. L is a tad too tight to button all the way after 5ish years of washing while XL definitely has room to spare, but I unfurled wear this unbuttoned with a tee underneath. Think I’ll buy one in faded black!

This is a nice shirt. I'm 5'3", 145 lbs, and pear shaped. I own the extra large--yes I do--despite carrying all my weight well below this shirt. And it is not particularly large. Even so, it will not cover your butt. I got in white and tan. I kept the tan. Although you cannot tell in the picture, the white color (icy ecru) is really bright--squint-bright. The tan (safari) color is true tan, not khaki, so I don't look green in it. It takes on that worn jeans look almost immediately, but I think it will last a long time and just maintain that lived in jeans look. The sizes are inconsistent by color. Ecru quite a bit smaller.

I ordered this as an over-shirt so I ordered the size up. It fits great!

I bought this Levi's denim shirt in faded black to wear as a layer during a trip to England and Scotland. I was a little disappointed when I received it because it is not fitted. I didn't like the snaps. However, each time I wore it, I began to love it more. The shirt washes beautifully. It is very soft and comfortable. The snaps are effective and superior to buttons in keeping the shirt smooth, and they are easier to close and open. In addition, the shirt goes with almost everything, making it an optional layer for numerous outfits. I prefer to wear it as a shacket, open with a shirt underneath, rather than as a shirt. The denim is heavy for a denim shirt--more like jeans fabric than button-down shirt fabric. I put it in the washer and dryer and it did not shrink. It is true to size, with ample room to snap closed over the breast area.
