We ordered this faucet at the end of 2018 to use in our renovated kitchen. We didn't do the renovation ourselves, so I can’t attest to whether it was easy to install. But as for its sturdiness and the value we got for our money? That's where the problem lies. The renovation was completed in March 2019 and we moved in the following month. While we love the style and chose this faucet for the convenience of having a dual function sprayhead, we are extremely disappointed over the fact that - after just under 6 months of use - the toggle that switches between regular running water and the spray function no longer works. So while we can still use the faucet, it's stuck in spray mode, which puts limits on how useful it is. I would expect that a faucet that costs $175 would function as intended for longer than 6 months. This is advertised as a "commercial kitchen faucet," but I think that only refers to the design. Clearly it doesn't even hold up to regular household use.September 2019 Update:Kraus was very responsive to our complaint and sent a replacement spray head, which is working perfectly. Fingers crossed that continues. Their customer service is excellent, and for that (and the fact that the replacement is working fine), I’ve revised the rating from 2 stars to 4.

I do a lot of kitchen remodels and this is a faucet is a big must have with my customers. Not only is Kraus and excellent and dependable brand, but they also look great. This is the 5th Nike I’ve installed in the last couple of years and I’ve never had a complaint. Great Faucet!

Ahh what a Beautiful sink and faucet. It’s sleek has a little gold for the bling and handles well and it’s easy to turn on and off. I can wash dishes even better now focus the nozzle wherever I need to focus and it also the pull down and has swivel handle it cleans all parts of the sink and dishes and glasses you need to get to with water. And had it has two settings of flow of water. Spray or funnel. It is lovely I filled my soap dispenser today it’s so easy and comfortable. Just make sure you get the countertop installers to cut the correct space for your sink and make sure they drill the correct number of holes you need for installation of your faucet and soap dispenser. And make sure to empty under your cabinets before the faucet install. Take eve trytjing out! And tipThem! Please! Amen! I love it - it’s my fave thing in the kitchen. Yaaa love you amazon- quick delivery - I actually received my faucet sink and soap dispenser and accessories next day air. I received two kraus faucets so I had to return one but it was easy return as well. It’s well made and huge! Fed ex came and picked I upThe extra faucet they sent and I didn’t need one of drains I bought so I got to return that as well. Smile faucet and drain and sink arrived - got it next day and Before noon!! Awesome - good purchase. Thank you! The best! Faucet ever in my opinion.

I’ve spent so much time looking at faucets that it’s all become a blur. I found myself gravitating back to the Kraus brand faucets considering the price point and overall ascetic. I finally pulled the trigger and the faucet arrived today.Right away I was impressed by the quality of the packaging. The box looked nice with the items well protected and parts laid out well for assembly. Looking at the box, I literally thought to myself that it would be interesting to write a review when I finished.The worst part of this project was removing the old faucet. With limited visibility under my sink and understanding of how the old Kohler was initially assembled, the new faucet was simple to piece together by comparison. The only thing I would caution is that the diagram wasn’t very clear on the correct location of the rubber washer- Which I discovered goes on the underside of the counter, not the top, FYI.With the old faucet removed, the total install was completed in just a few minutes with no leaks or problems to report. So far I’m really happy with my purchase and looking forward to showing it off (as nerdy as that may sound). This faucet feels just as premium as some of the high-end fixtures in other parts my home. I’d definitely recommend this brand so far.

I have had this in my current home for 5 years. It is great. I purchased a new one for my new home. I do love it, looks wonderful in my new home and I have confidence that it will work well just like my last purchase, I really do not like pull down faucets, this is much better. Doesn't have a long cord to pull when you want to rinse the sink (even double basin) or your dishes. Perfect and pleasing to look at
