I ordered this specific product because it is tested for purity, and I wanted a really excellent b vitamin complex. That said, I am super happy with what I received in quality and value.

I like this product and recommend it, but feel the bottle is far too large for the product and thus it's a waste.I can tell when I forget to take this. It definitely helps with daily energy.Also, B vitamins have been recommended to combat depression and the genes that tend toward depression (which I have) along with SAM-e. This is a good mix of B vitamins plus folic acid.Taking off one star for packaging...hard to open. Tamper-resistant stuff is simply there to let us know that no one opened the bottle, not to make it impossible to get into the bottle. Also, the bottle is far too large for the product, making waste and taking up landfill in the end.

There are numerous brands that offer some sort of Vitamin B complex formulas. I try to focus on brands that I've used previously, or brand names at the very least. I normally buy CVS branded vitamins due to their frequent BOGO sales, but opted to try Nature's Bounty,cl as I've purchased Vitamin D from them as well.Comparing the two brands, the doses were the same, so there's no discernible difference there provided the data's accurate. The pills were also the same size and easy to swallow. Physically, I felt no difference between the CVS and Nature's Bounty.
