Kinsa QuickCare Smart Digital Thermometer - Medical Termometro FDA Cleared

The Kinsa Smart Ear Thermometer has been a huge help to our household! It’s much more convenient than trying to hold the tiny stick thermometers under my toddlers arm and him squirming away. This takes a couple seconds in their ear, and you immediately get the reading, and you can connect to the app! The app helps you keep track of symptoms, whose temp you’ve taken, and how many COVID and flu cases are in your area.

This thermometer is great! It’s quick to declare the temperature and seems highly accurate. The app function is so cool! You can add family members to track temperature history for different members. Such a unique function. Great for all ages too which is a plus!

Go for this one, is FAST, ACCURTE, RELIABLE and VERY EASY TO USE. Not gonna write about how to use it, it has instructions and a very intuitive app that covers all the basic things.I was using 2 non contact thermomethers (sorry iHealth PT-3 Forehead Thermometer and Femometer DET-306) they were recomended by a nurse and a physician but after a few months I started getting very strange readings so I went to the old mercury thermometer which you all may know are very accurate but slow. After reading a lot I found this small marvel, being an electronic device and after the bad expereinces with the others I had my doubts and started comapring the readings between the mercury one, the 2 non contact and the Kinsa, and I have to say that it's perfect, the differences between the mercury and this are very tiny, almost imperceptible. The app helps you record the readings for all the members of your family individually, you create profiles for each one of them, and after using it when you open the app it asks you which member is the reading for and stores it, it also gives you the chance to say if you have other symptoms and gives you advice and what you should do. As you can see in the pictures is small and the screen is bright and clear, very aesy to read, you can change between F° o C° (refer to the intructions on how to do it). The probe is felxible and very soft and you can use it Oral, Armpit or Rectal, it's up tou the user.I have no doubts that is the best thermomether I've had and I hope it keeps working as fast and accurate for many years.

We use the Kinsa QuickCare Smart Thermometer not only on a daily basis but at least every 4 to 8 hours for our daughter, who can’t regulate her temperature and doesn’t really show signs of a fever (other than having a terrible seizure). This thermometer gives us fast, accurate readings every time — which is so important for her care.The app is incredibly helpful for tracking her temps throughout the day and spotting any changes quickly. It’s easy to use, gentle, and gives us peace of mind knowing we have reliable data when she can’t tell us how she’s feeling.Highly recommend for any family needing to monitor temperature closely — it’s been a game changer for us.

We have used this thermometer maybe 10 times before it stopped working. I contacted customer service and sent pictures, they told me it looked like it stopped working due to bite marks. If you have a toddler or young child you know they will bite down on a thermometer when it is placed in their mouth. There were some bite marks on it but nothing I would consider significant. I have a cheap thermometer from Vicks with way more bite marks on it that is still holding strong. I contacted customer service on Jan 31, no one emailed me back until March 9. They responded telling me to contact Amazon for a return, I let them know it was outside the return window and was unable to do so. That was a month ago and I still have not heard back from anyone. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the quality of their products. If you plan on using this thermometer for strictly under the arm or older children who know not to bite down on it I am sure it will work great.

For my family we’ve used standard digital oral and tympanic thermometers for years, but the problem is that there’s quite a bit of variation and inaccuracy in temperature readings. We count on a mercury thermometer for accuracy when in doubt, and it is our reference thermometer. The problems with mercury thermometers include a very long time to a get reading- often 3 minutes or more, and the prismatic line is not that easy to read in some lighting conditions. This Kinsa is awesome. Its reads exactly the same temperature as our mercury thermometer but does it in under ten seconds. Just as importantly, the temperatures are recorded for each family member automatically in the Kinsa app. That’s golden information when we have a telemedicine visit with a healthcare provider. My only regret is that I didn’t buy this thermometer sooner.
