Health is wealth
Loved it! Instead of taking artificial pill to cover my B vitamin deficiencies, I’d rather eat something healthy. It may not be tasty or delicious to a lot of people, but I approached Nutritional Yeast with a mindset of improving my health. I sprinkle this on my toast, or on eggs, and I’ve also added it to cooked vegetables. I think it’s a great product. I can see my body improving. I just hope they aren’t fortifing the yeast. Unfortified version is what we are looking for here…
If the nutritional yeast is fortified w synthetic vitamins, it’s good for nothing. Nutritional yeast naturally provides B complex especially B6. I hope this product of urban platter is genuine and they continue providing good quality nutritional yeast.It’s weird how so many ppl have gone for the fortified version. Awareness is important.Thank you:p
