Q: are the made of glass or plastic?

These are plastic. I was thinking they'd be glass when I ordered them.

Q: Can these be sterilized by boiling?

I have put a plastic one from a different brand in a glass container and covered with lid. Fill with water and make sure plastic is completely covered with the water. Put in microwave for five minutes. I saw a paper in a medical journal that this can safely sterilize plastic. I have done this.

Q: How do u steralize these eye cups?

Personally, I don’t. I wash them in warm soapy water, rinse well and dry them on clean paper towels. However, one could go a step farther by wiping them with alcohol wipes after they’ve dried.

Q: How much liquid does it hold?

Very little, less than an ounce.
