I've been having some issues over the last 6 months with my liver not functioning quite right if I've been in a lupus flareup and had to take antibiotics at the same time, so I got this when I had my feet start swelling after beginning a course of antibiotics, and took it for a month. My liver numbers, despite being somewhat elevated when I started taking the HepatiSafe, were back to normal by the next set of blood draws--which I knew would be the case, because the swelling in the tops of my feet had subsided.Great product for people who are prone to acute liver injury from antibiotics and just need to give their liver a little support in processing! I'm keeping the rest for the next time I need antibiotics, since that's a couple times a year thing for me.

Bad liver issues run in my family, and that is those who have not taken street drugs or alcohol. So it is something I want to keep an eye on myself. Regular detox for the liver is always a good thing. These are easy to swallow and seem to help, as I've noticed with less swelling and stomach issues.

After painstakingly researching all the active ingredients in this product, I can definitely say that the ingredients “have been shown” to help protect the liver. The results by various studies are certainly mixed. This is a great supplement, but it’s not going to be a miracle worker. I am personally trying to cut back on my drinking and adopt a healthier lifestyle, and I think this product is a good first step in achieving that. I think it’s a good product, but there are also many others like it. That being said, compared to all the other products I see that claim the same benefits, this one is reasonably priced. I still recommend it if you’re using it as a tool and changing multiple aspects of your life for “a better you”.

These work well. They are great liver support and promote liver health. I have more energy and feel great. Over all a good supplement.

I want any liver health supplement to always contain milk thistle (silymarin) and this one does, and in a good amount. This also contains glutathione which I buy and take separately so I was glad to see it included in this supplement. Glutathione and milk thistle are so good for health and I don't go a day without taking each. I think this is a very good supplement.
