It's really helping my kid during online classes

I have received the item today,but the microphone is not working. I have tried with two different android mobile phone. While trying to make video the sound is captured by the mobile phone not via microphone. They are not taking return of the product but they gave me replacement option. Hope the replaced product work will work properly. Please check the microphone before sending it.

Recording voice is very low. Normal recording through phone is much more clear n loud.

Useless product... Not working. They are not even returning that
