I bought this to remove broken zips from some trousers.It's easy to use and did the job well. The tape measure is always handy to have, and the unpickers went through the thread like a hot knife through butter.A good bit of kit to have that should hopefully last a long time.

This is a great addition to my sewing basket.Was having a real struggle to unpick a broken zip from a childs coat seam ripper had it done in no time and the needle threaders are a real bonus.

This was excellent value for money. The needle threaders are my ‘go to’ ones and last for ages!

Arrived in a neat reusable plastic case. The tape measure is a good length and soft to use. Both the seam pickers are nice and sharp with slight rounded edges for getting under the tight stitches. I love the needle threaders! Good larger size than most. Also fantastic for fitting the smallest eye needle I have. I also dread threading that thin size needle because of the small eye hole. Usually takes me ages and not all threaders fit the hole. When they do fit, they usually break not long afterwards. But these larger to hold threaders, worked first time. Plus they seem to be attacked more securely to the larger handle. I’m delighted with this little set. They are essential accessories to have in your sewing bag. It would make part of a good set to gift someone who wants to get into seeing. It will be used a lot and I highly recommend.

I had to search for a seam ripper only a couple of weeks ago in order to undo the seam of an electronic soft toy that needed repairing. I did find our old one, but it was clearly passed its best. So, this little kit looked ideal to replace it with.The kit comes in its own little storage box. You get two rippers, a measuring tape, and a few needle threaders. The quality I would describe as fair. At just under £4, you can expect nothing else. The main thing is that everything is useable and good enough for that occasional use.The thread ripper, or what we used to call an unpicker, seems pretty sharp and makes light work of cutting through cottons. They are so much safer to use than scissors as its less likely to cut the material instead of the cotton.Overall, good for the price. I hope that helps.

You get five threaders.You also get a little tape measure - always useful I keep one in my handbag as it is surprising how often I want to check the measurement of something when I am ina shop!
