Yes, it works as well as you want it to with nowhere near as much Toilet Water being stored in the bristles.The base fall over easily if you don't stick it to something, but I'm definitely never going back to the traditional toilet brushes

Ooohh this is a revelation! After years of skanky toilet brushes, the wider-spaced bristles of this brush just don’t seem to retain moisture or dirt in the same way. The little holder doesn’t end up with a horrible puddle of whatever-that-is at the bottom, and the brush itself seems to stay clean without much hassle.I highly recommend this, although do check that your tiles are smooth. The ones in my bathroom are textured, so I can’t stick it to the wall and it’s not really designed to stand on the floor.

I wasn't expecting it to have a sticky backed attachment, so that you can stick it to the wall. This was a bonus, for keeping it neatly off the floor.

Works well, relatively strong, only down side is the stick to secure to my wall would not stick but it will stand independently
