I love the celebrate supplements. They taste good.

My doctor said I badly needed a Vitamin D supplement, with calcium, but I can't swallow pills. THESE ARE THE PERFECT SOLUTION! They contain 1500 mg calcium citrate, plus 1000 IU Vitamin D, which means I only have to chew one tablet per day to get the full supplement amounts my doctor recommended! (The suggested serving size is 3 tablets per day - wow.) The chewable tablets are large (same circumference as a quarter, and exactly as tall as 4 quarters stacked on top of each other), but since they are chewable, it doesn't matter. The cherry tart flavor is pretty good, not yummy like a "treat" but not gross like medicine either. There is a slight gritty texture and chalky aftertaste, but those are both mild and easy to put up with - especially since I only have to chew one each day! (The other brands I have tried either contain tricalcium phosphate, instead of calcium citrate, which is harder to absorb and tougher on your stomach; and/or they have such small quantities of calcium and Vit. D. that you have to chew 4 daily.) Initially I didn't try this brand because they were in the category of "bariatric supplements," and I have never had bariatric surgery, but who cares what the label says, or what the target audience/consumer is....the bottom line is the ingredients and the taste. I highly recommend these!

They are easy to chew and great tasting. I had stomach surgery and 1 less pill was great not to swallow.

After Bariatric surgery these are SO MUCH BETTER than taking a ridiculous amount of calcium pills. Due to the surgery I had, I was supposed to take NINE calcium pills a day! Absolutely ridiculous!With these I only have to take four and they’re like eating a sweet tart.Only issue with these, they do use an artificial sweetener. If you have an allergy or are sensitive to artificial sweeteners, be aware of that. I have an allergy to the artificial sweeteners so I do have to maintain a certain level of antihistamine in my system to use these. Still better than taking nine of the other kind! Lol

I added pics because I thought it was helpful to see how big the bottle and tablet are. We had to make room in our kitchen to store it but it’s worth it. Calcium pills are always huge! I started actually choking on them and I need to stay on them since I had my thyroid removed. These are perfect! I’m a customer for life!!! They are a little tart and yes a little chalky. No where near as chalky as antacids. Honestly I don’t mind the taste at all. It’s a major improvement from swallowing the pills

The non-chewable calcium citrate pills are so large that I was starting to gag when I tried to swallow one. Maybe it's age, but I find swallowing large pills difficult and calcium tends to stick in my throat. After having to cough the pill back up several times, I decided to find a chewable that would work for me. I have to take calcium citrate because calcium carbonate interferes with the absorption of my thyroid medication. There are plenty of chewable options of calcium carbonate but only a few for calcium citrate. I think this one is the best. I have gotten used to the taste and texture and now I love them!

I've had weight loss surgery and Celebrate products were recommended. I ordered this BEFORE I realized that Bariatric specific products were what the dietician were recommending. But these were acceptable, just not as complete.
