This item is priced quite well and does work.However…The charger is very cheaply made and sent with an extremely cheap uk plug adapter.The chair itself is also very flimsy and definitely does not comfortably support the weight limit it claims to.The wheel proportions are not very well balanced and the chair constantly feels as if it could and has tipped both forwards and backwards many times making the experience of using it quite stressful..The hand controls are again cheaply made and not very accurate in regards to steering.When folding this chair, it does actually fold down quite small, the size of a large child’s pushchair which is helpful, but the wheels at the front do have a mind of their own and often stop the smooth folding of the chair.Parts of this chair that are meant to offer stability to the frame are not able to be fixed permanently in place which leads to bits falling off frequently.This chair works well on very flat even spaces, but it struggles with uneven pavements, cobbles, and sidewalks that have an incline, I’ve often found myself veering uncontrollably towards the road into active traffic because of this.

Like this wheelchair because it’s just a nice size also folds for transportation great product

I had this electric wheelchair for about 9 months now. If you want a lightweight chair to pop down to your local shop and that is all. . This is the chair for you. As it is small and it folds. Otherwise forget it. When they say you get up to 12 miles radius on a single charge. Forget it. The reality of this chair is on a full charge you get about 3 or 4 miles max, and that is on a good day. The frame is strong. The fabric of this chair is not. Put too much strain on it and it will give way. This chair has got some strange ways it handles the streets. Sometimes it is fine. Other times you can find yourself in trouble on the same patch of tarmac .If I had the chance again. I wouldn't have brought this wheelchair. But it not a total wash out. But I have no doubt there are better electric wheelchairs out there

DO NT USE THIS SUPPLIER as they provide incorrect/inaccurate descriptions of their product. The description says maximum capacity is 440lbs (see Picture) - I weigh 380lbs so well within scope and as far as the chairs performance is concerned, I found it to be very poor and it would often stall or not move very much at all and often stopped at the slightest bump and then freeze for several seconds without being able to perform any activity. My patio has a slight incline to the house door using a very shallow ramp designed for wheelchair access and the wheelchair would not go up it. The joystick was extremely temperamental and on some occasions, the wheelchair would attempt to move in the opposite direction to where I directed it to go. As a result, I'm afraid that in my opinion, this wheelchair is not of merchantable quality for a larger man such as me and is totally unacceptable and somewhat dangerous for my own safety as well as that for potential pedestrians.Also, for the record, when the goods are returned as not being fit for purpose and you follow all the correct rules to the letter to get it returned, this supplier does not take the appropriate action to issue a full refund. This is commonly known as theft/fraud by obtaining money/goods by deception. They continue to mess me around and at the time of this writing having purchased it on 16th June 2022, some 8 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund - KEEP YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND DO NOT USE THEM!

Seems ok I have had no problems as yet. Two draw backs. The batteries are not with the chair, they come as a separate parcel a few weeks later. The manual is only in Chinese. I would have thought that as they are selling internationally they would provide a manual in several languages. That said, I would recommend this chair to anyone who asks me.

Very difficult to put together as manual in chinese and pictures did not match actual chair.Rear controller has been changed and is very difficult to keep thumb on button for long time.Chair has two speeds - fast and slow! Can easily tip backwards if fast is pressed.Very hard to push in manual mode.Batteries arrived a week after chair.The only good thing about it is it is easy to fold.I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

Really like this wheelchair, very comfortable, easy to charge

Please be aware the batteries come separately. Terrible customer service. Part missing. Never received. Warranty is a joke. Tips up very easily
