I bought this because I’ve always had sinus issues since I was young but I’ve used a Nettie pot forever. This contraption is heaven to someone who gets horrible sinus infections or allergies. It took four rinses for the gunk to clear out. Wow! It was easy painless and I can breathe so clearly. I’m thoroughly impressed and that rarely happens. Easy to use, simple but powerful! THANK YOU FOR CREATING THIS! I can’t even begin to describe how much better I feel after using this. Now I know what to reach for. It didn’t hurt my ears, none went down my throat and there is no salt taste.

I love this thing. It works great. I had left a review saying it stopped working after 2 uses. Well, that was my fault. Come to find out, I remembered lifting the crushing chamber after closing it. You have to insert a new pod to get it to work.

I've tried a few different products over the years that claim to do the same thing (Neti pot, plus a couple of others), but they all made me feel like I was waterboarding myself and didn't feel like they were doing anything more than just putting water up there and back. This one uses a vacuum system that makes it SO much easier to take ,and definitely more effective at clearing things out. You don't do anything but stand there and let it happen. It's not exactly pleasant, but not really unpleasant, either. I've only had a little bit escape down my throat on two occasions, but not much and not bad, not enough to make me gag and mess the whole thing up. I had a sinus infection after being in the desert for a week at Christmas, and after two weeks of suffering, a friend exhorted me to try this thing. I REALLY wish I'd started it earlier! I can definitely see how it would have helped a lot before things got bad. Now I'll be using it every day through the winter and hope it will really keep things clean during spring allergy season, which will be the next real test. Took off a star because while rinsing out the parts is easy enough and there are only three pieces, they're not dishwasher safe so I worry a little bit about getting them really clean. Also the pods aren't cheap at I think 40 cents apiece in the refill packs. Worth it to me to keep my sinuses clear but some may balk at that.

The concept of this product is absolutely perfect! If you are swimmer then you'll understand the concept of how this works better. From a science standpoint, the material is made very well, there is nothing cheap about it. The instructions are easy to read, but the instructions are long, so please take the time to read it throughly. I believe that disclaimers should be implemented, such as if your nose bleeds a lot maybe this product is not for you. I don't suggest if your nose is bleeding while doing this, you should not use this. Secondly, this might be a bit controversial but if you use any schedule two drugs or a regular basis, this may not be for you as well due to deteriorating nasal cavity over time. But if you do have the common cold/flu/alligeries or sinus this will be the best thing ever. I tried to find the actual specifications on the actual manufaturing and salt packs, but I couldn't find it on a public knowledge basis. This part may be internal (if you're in Science BioPharma like I am you'll understand) For actual use, I feel like a swimmer because the concept is really good. Ideally, you have to make sure to keep your mouth open and do not hold your breath! If you do, the pump valve will not move (going up & down) If water is going down your throat and out your mouth...you're doing it wrong. If water is making you gag or choke...you're doing it wrong. You have to relax and allow the saline to going in one nostril and out the other. The nozzle is rotating, this way you have the option to switch which way you would like the saline to go in or out. This part is optional but it's better if you use alkaline distilled water and warm it for thirty seconds. Warmth is better and more comfortable for the nose this way the saline can work better and mucus comes out faster. If you see the solution leave your nostril on side and go into the bottom tank you are doing it correctly! Apologize for the long review, hope this helps. Cheers to breathing better!

I was used to using a neti pot so the first time I used the Navage was shocking. It blows the water up into the nasal passage on the right and sucks the water back out on the left side. It’s a really strange feeling. Once I got used to it, and realized the water wasn’t going down my throat, I found it easier to use than the neti pot. I could stand upright instead of tilting at an odd angle, and I didn’t need to warm up the water. The Navage catches most of the water that comes back out but some still escapes; best to use it over a sink. It’s easy to clean. I haven’t had to change the battery yet.

Good idea in theory, but it’s too aggressive. This thing will give you a headache, threw it out.

A significant improvement over other competitive nasal cleaning products, which I have used previously. What I like. A) Very easy to fill, load and clean. B) Gently "Pulling" versus "pushing" cleaning water solution through and around the nasal cavity is a much better idea. C) LIked the fact that water/salt solution flow can easily be reversed in direction from the left or the right nostril by simply "rotating" the nose insert. D) Liked the clear "visibility" before, during and after a session. E) Works efficiently requiring about 30 seconds to complete a cleaning F) Really helps to clear my sinuses, improve breathing (and sense of smell) and very helpful with Sleep. G) Extremely easy to fill correctly with pre-measured Salt Pods and water. H) very easy to rinse and clean I) The Stand is very useful for holding both the Device and Salt Pods. J) Most importantly, it is very safe !!! Summary, Navage Nasal Care is the "Absolute Best of the Bunch".
