The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh

Our granddaughter loves this video. So nice to have the DVD and not have to worry about streaming, internet connection, data, etc. It’s been great for car trips.

Bought this movie for my nieces and nephews (under 7 yrs old). They love this classic animation. The characters are loveable and not scary for kids. The disc and case arrived in new condition as described.

We're very careful with what we let our children watch. We recently bought a Winnie the Pooh book (the same book that this movie works through). I remembered watching this a child so I had my kids watch it today. It was a great movie that they loved, and it was very clean.

I recently appeared on a podcast to discuss my love for this Winnie the Pooh collection. Released in 1977, this musical anthology is comprised of three previously released animated featurettes - 1966's Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree, 1968's Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day, and 1974's Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too. A fourth scene, a shorter one, was added to give the film a more cohesive ending. It's based on the final chapter of The House at Pooh Corner and involves Christopher Robin's leaving Hundred-Acre Wood to go to school. Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore was added to this collection in 1983, though it's not in this particular collection. This collection was the final collection on which Walt Disney himself had direct involvement. There's no denying it's a kinder, gentler collection that avoids the razzle-dazzle of contemporary animation. It's sweet, fun, and filled with gentle, life-affirming values. It's easily one of my favorite of Disney's animated collections even over 40 years after its release. If you look at the voice work, you also find some old television familiar faces including multiple voice actors who played live characters on The Andy Griffith Show. Music by the Sherman Brothers is warm and winning. As a fun fact, the character of Gopher does not appear in the Milne stories. It was added by the studio as an American character to better draw in American audiences. It was also hoped Gopher would add a light element of comedy to the Pooh universe. Animation has changed greatly over the years but The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh remains one of my absolute favorite animated features.

I don’t know if this Winnie The Pooh is rarely shown or if it was just not in my areas when I shopped. It was enjoyable and as if it was brand new. Seventy-five percent of the movie was over before I recognized any of it. That’s rare for me, I usually know in the first five to fifteen minutes if I saw it and liked it or didn’t. It is a fun movie and I added it to the children’s section in my library for kids. As an adult, I know I won’t watch it much, but kids need a break from “stuff”.

Ce DVD ne peut être vendu qu'au Canada et aux USA et moi, j'habite en Belgique. Donc je ne sais pas le lire ! Je ne savais même pas que ce genre de restriction existait.

Edición combo blu Ray dvd de u.k. es region libre doblada al latino(lo lógico de Disney hasta principios de los 90)con muy buena calidad de imagen y sonido además de tener bastantes extras todos subtitulados al castellano y algunos doblados hasta en Latino. Lo malo es el DVD que es región 1 y no se puede visualizar aquí en España a no ser que tengas un reproductor DVD multizona. Pero compra recomendada 💯 % 💯 ya que esta película no está editada en Blu-ray en España (que no se porque no).

love the T.V series

Não veio a luvinha, mas não tem problema. Infelizmente esse filme só foi lançado no Brasil em VHS, portanto, ele é inédito em DVD e blu-ray. Demorou menos de uma semana para chegar. Amazon incrível.
