My skinny pigs recently went through two separate water bottles within a month because of leakage issues, so I decided to do some research and found this bottle was highly recommended across the internet.I knew going into it how small it would be, but I decided to take my chance if it would finally mean no more soggy habitat.I've had it for close to a month now and so far have had no issues whatsoever.It tightly secures to their cage, so I don't have the issue of it always falling off. It's easy for them to drink out of. It's easy to keep clean. Best of all, there has been no leaking whatsoever.The downside is the size for sure; I'm having to refill the bottle daily, sometimes twice a day, but again, I went into it knowing how small it would be.I'm planning on investing in a second one to hopefully balance that out, because I really would prefer to have several of these than to have something larger and unreliable.Highly recommend this product!

I specifically was looking for a water bottle that could be attached to the outside of the cage so that every time I needed to fill it, it wasn’t a pain to get out. This bottle came in multiple colors which was also an added bonus. I was so disappointed because I kept wasting my money on different ones and felt like I would never find anything that worked as stated. They all leaked! I was about to give up and just use a water bowl, even though I don’t like using them, my gerbils tend to use them as toilet dishes, when I decided to try this brand. At first I got the shorter spout and sometimes it would be good, while other times it would continuously drip. I was so disappointed. I came across the same bottle type, but with a longer spout and decided to try that one instead as a last ditch effort. To my surprise it worked!! No more leaking! I’m guessing the shorter spout just couldn’t be positioned correctly to prevent it from dripping, while somehow the longer spout can be positioned correctly. I’m so happy I gave this a try because it was definitely worth it! I’m happy and so are our gerbils! Just a side note. Every time you fill this bottle, make sure to tap the little ball with your finger until water comes out. Sometimes it gets “stuck” when you refill the bottle from the pressure of the new water/air in it. As long as I do that, everything works perfectly!

I usually do not write reviews but these water bottles are amazing. I have two for my guinea pigs & they are the only water bottle i have found that does not leak. They are so well designed & convenient to refill. I got another for a friend with a hamster. Just ordered another for a friend with rats. I will recommend these water bottles to absolutely anyone. Worth it.

Gave it four stars because it doesn't drip, but took a star off because it's really small. I ordered the guinea pig size, and it's really more of a hamster size. The guinea pig drains it pretty fast.

This water bottle absolutely not does leak! The only con is that it is small; I have to refill it more often than bottles we’ve had in the past, but it is worth it not to have a flooded cage.

I’ve got 5 guinea pigs and have had two bottles in their cage at all times. I preferred this design over other bottles because of the color selection, size, and the little leaking. However after about a year, the metal spout becomes bent from use and the 2 metal balls are able to easily fall from the bottle—huge choking hazard for guinea pigs because they cannot vomit. This happened with the first two bottles i ordered, and i attributed it to possibly a defect or maybe my pigs had some strong jaws lol. But after ordering 3 more bottles a year ago, all bottles experience the same defect. The bottles are no longer usable after the spout is bent and the balls come loose. They would make a good water bottle for a small pet that doesn’t have a long lifespan 1-2 yrs. But buying new water bottles annually for guinea pigs isn’t feasible.

These are hands down the best water bottles I have found in the 4 years I have had my chinchillas. Even after years of use, not a single leak.
