This costume is at the right price point for a fun little costume to wear for short periods of time. The white cape is lightweight fuzzy, felt material, that fastens by velcro around the heck. The ebi (shrimp) is a a thin smooth material filled with pillow filling. The nori (seaweed) wrap is the same smooth material as the ebi, and stitched to hold the costume together. The nori fastens like a little belt around puppy's tummy. Puppy tolerated well since it is not restrictive! The pillow easily slides around and might be a bit lopsided or unbalanced on active puppy. My little pup would not likely manage to keep his costume on for a Halloween parade, but I would definitely carry him while wearing it! Very cute for photos! UPDATE: I stand corrected! The costume stayed put for a walk through a crowded mall! The costume fit over his usual harness, so we could fit the leash on the top. Honestly, I would have felt fine cutting a little hole for the leash if I needed to.

The medium was too small. Had to order a large which was still a little snug around my 15 pound pomeranian/papillon's neck.

I have a 25lb corgi and the XL was snug. Definitely meant for small breeds.

It is way too small. It doesn’t wrap around my dog’s body, but the neck fits fine.

My dog is super tiny only 8.5 pounds but a small was a bit too small - size up :)

This Sushi Dog costume is everything! My pup was the hit of the Halloween party, looking like a little sushi roll ready to be devoured (in the cutest way possible). This fits well on my 9-10lb kitty... Fairly well made with the verco. The fish part is soft and cute stuffy made from almost tent like material.
