Does anyone with a 22 inch head find them comfortable and not too tight?

Probably OK. My head is 23" and after a while it feels tight. For less than all day wear might be OK.

How nude is this cap is it really transparent when stretched ?

It's very nude-colored, bit not as thin as I was hoping for. I purchased a cheap box of actual nylon stockings for $5 at CVS and prefer those. The 'nude' ones look dark, but are very thin and stretch out enough to become transparent. I suggest not spending the money on these and going to a Walgreens or something if you're looking for more transparency.
