Bakuman?, Vol. 3 Paperback – February 1, 2011

im not picky when it comes to second hand items, but the quality was honestly really good! came in pretty good condition regarding the price i had to pay. definitely worth it!! 💗 (with the only noticeable issue being slightly bent)

Continuing from the previous two volumes the Bakuman story really picks up with the introduction of their rival Eiji (featured on the cover) A really great book, beautiful storyline, gorgeous art, its just fantastic. As the other reviewers have said the story shifts a little, but it is great nonetheless, expect great things from this series. It is officially my favorite series from Jump

Bakuman vol 3 is unlike vol 1 and 2 in that this one is packed with times with our favorite characters, Saiko and Shujin and their way of spending the summer. Rather than spoiling the plot and surprise, it doesnt revolve around elaborate plot details of extended one shot manga concepts, but instead on introducing us to Eiji (the child manga prodigy who is starting his own series from the previous volume), a manga editor, and Fukudo, another one trying to rise to get his own series in Jump. Needless to say the interaction they provide with each other is fun and inspiring. The manga ends with the conclusion of the summer and Saiko and Shujin on their way to coming up with a new one shot.The art was well and amazing in this volume, the modern english sounding translation flowed well, and still the only con is that there are no extras beyond the draft manga pages at each chapter.This is a series to get into and volume 4 looks even better than this.

It's a pretty fun read and I couldn't put it down until I read the whole thing, after reading the first two again obviously.

I don't usually like realistic stories or stories about kids. Mostly this is a story about artists trying to fulfill their dreams and potential. That is very inspiring.

if you are a bakuman fan this manga is for you the price is good and the shipping is great not to mention the art is clean and its from the creators of deathnote this is an amazing purchase
