Great sauté pan.
Fabulous sauté pan. Had to buy a few new pans when we changed to an induction hob. The pan has a totally flat, even bottom, which connects beautifully to the hob. It cleans well and isn't too heavy.

These pans are a gem
These pans are a gem, it is a shame to use them, you would never want them to be damaged, they are really beautiful, but apart from that they are strong, made of magnificent material, with a slightly eclectic avant-garde design, for my kitchen which is a retro farmhouse style they adapt perfectly . , but they could also be in a modern or very elegant kitchen. This frying pan has a well thought out design, the wood is beautiful, the glass on the lid is thick, the design is wonderful, its side handle to hold it gives you not only safety, but also possibilities to sauté food, flip a heavy Spanish tortilla, or make a paella, a meal for four without the slightest problem, you can see its strength, firmness and quality immediately, it is very worth investing in it, it is a dream, we have not cooked in it yet, but as soon as I do it and After time, I will complete my review again, for now I recommend it 100%.

for the moment, seems a good wok.
initial thoughts. assembling the handle of the wok and fitting it to the wok was a bit of a trial, but having taken the handles off sevearl woks before dumping them at the end of their working usefulness, I was able to assemble this one with a little trial and error. it's a tactile process, grab the handle and the collar that goes on the wok end of the handle. the collar is a spacer, and the wok handle won't fit without it. the collar goes over the end of the handle nearest the wok. this done, grab the screw and, holding the handle at an angle with the wok end down, drop the screw into the hole in the end of the handle by the collar. then feel with the screwdriver for the head of the screw in the handle and when you feel the screwdriver find the screwhead, hold screwdriver and handle together as one unit, then position the lot over the shaft on the wok. to do this, tip the wok up to 45 degrees, you'll feel the screw sit in the shaft I hope. try turning the screwdriver by holding the ridged part of the grip , just below the traditional hand grip, that's what this is for, DELICATE turning, turn the driver clockwise, if you feel a little resistance, you're there. twiddle the driver until the screw is inserted to finger tight, then grab the traditional hand grip of the screwdriver and give it a gentle clockwise twist to finish. when this is done, store the screwdriver away for future use. assembled, the pan feels light, but good quality. I can't talk of experience with cooking using it yet, I may return to this review after a few days to give you a review of that. this wok has a lid, which I may or may not use. the wok is light, which could help some. four stars rating as the handle is a bit fiddly to put on, though can be done with a little careful work. it's not the easiest, I'll say that, and maybe the screwdriver could do with being a little shorter, this would help too.

Superb!
Firstly let me say that I don't post reviews that often and only when a product deserves it and this wok surely does. I bought this when my old Tefal wok gave up trying to be non stick. I nearly went for a new Tefal one but am so glad I didn't! The size and weight of this wok is just about right, it feels very solid, the removable handle is a great feature making it easier to clean and store with the lid being a bonus. The Achilles heal of my old wok was tofu, more stuck to the wok than made it into the dish, but there are no problems with this wok! It heats evenly and almost seems to repell food, I've not had anything stick yet and doubt I will. What can I say apart from this wok is worth the money!!

Handle doesn’t tighten
Absolutely crap. You have to attach the handle yourself and the screw is awful. Every time I go to use it the handle is loose and spins and is unsafe. I didn’t realise until I’d used it a few times and now it is past the return window so I can’t even get my money back. You could spill oil over you easily and get burnt with this. Whole thing feels flimsy and bad for the price paid.

Non stick coating coming off
Updated the review after just over a month’s worth of use. Hand washing and using wooden utensils the non stick coating is coming off the wok. Such a shame as it looked lovely and worked well in the beginning. It seems to be a flaw in the wok I have taken special care to follow all the instructions.
