Q: what is the difference between this one and the Wd4080

I believe the only difference is the wd4080 has a 7ft hose the 4010 is 8ft and is orange in color.

Q: What diameter hose does it use?

The ID of the hose is 1.5 inch comes with the Vac. Fine for suction on the floor. Not great if attached to... an example a table saw exhaust.

Q: Do the wheels have locks on them so the vac doesn't roll on uneven surfaces?
