Had some problems at the beginning and was able to talk with the best customer service! It is absolutely beautiful! Love that it comes with a removable cover to wash. The cover is soo cute and soft and love the inner pocket for my grandchildren stuffed animals! 😍 will definitely buy another one to replace my other one for the opposite side of the bed!

The media could not be loaded.  This bed rail made my daughters transition from crib to toddler bed so easy. She loves it and so do I. The cute and nice soft covering is what sold me, compared to all the others that were just plain and white. Putting it together was a breeze ( I didn't need my husband's help) , the only thing was she doesn't use a box mattress to hold the railing down, so I followed the advice off another review and just zipped tied the poles to the beds base and it got the job done.. Its very sturdy and stays in place. Love, love, love this product, well made and worth the price. Oh, and their customer service is great(when you try and order directly from their website), was waiting for gray to come in stock for a long time and they text me when it finally did, and I ordered it right away off Amazon!!! This rail is a game changer ! My daughter and I spent her first two years sleeping together in a twin sized bed. I was her rail. Now she can sleep by herself safely, while boosting her confidence and independence, while I finally get to go sleep in my own bedroom. It was easy to assemble and instal. Her day bed doesn’t have a box spring or slats. It actually has a flat spring but once the mattress was down and the ropes were tightened and tied, it was perfect.It’s very sturdy , soft , beautiful, and sooo reassuring. Thank you !

This bed rail is perfect for making a "big girl bed" safe and cozy. My 3 year old was used to a mattress on the floor until we upgraded her to a new, much higher bed. Adding this rail made her feel safe and has prevented falls. She has leaned and pushed on it (which we discourage and correct her on, of course) and it has held up to her roughness just fine. It really accomplishes it's job while being long, tall, and attractive. The pocket is functional and appreciated as well! Pictures included show the extra long rail installed on her bed between the mattress and box spring.

I really really wanted this rail to work. The cover is super soft and cute, and it seems really sturdy. I even saw a question answered by the manufacturer saying it would work with a slat bed. Unfortunately the bulky corners push on the side rail that the slats lay on, and this causes too big of a gap for the slats and they fall down. I tried to take pictures of how the rail pushes it out, and the type of slat bed I have to help others looking at this rail. I gave it 4 stars because it does seem like a good product, it's sturdy, easy to put together, the cover is beautiful, soft, and I love the book pocket as my toddler always has books on her bed. It's just not compatible with my twin bed for my toddler. Most rails have this type of corner on them, so I just had to find a different solution altogether.

Bedtime used to be a source of anxiety for us. After unveiling our son’s new “big boy” bed with rail and cover, it has been a total transformation. Our son now looks forward to going to bed and I have to say that the rail cover is a total game changer. The cover comes with an inside pocket that he uses to stow away his books and, after much deliberation, one small safe toy per night. Installation was a breeze, but that aside, we were shocked at how amazing and complete the room looked and felt with the rail and cover installed. Most other bed rails that we researched were very sterile looking. To our amazement, this cover truly enhances the decor of our son’s room. Obviously, his safety is always top of mind, however we have been able to take some incredible photos with our son hanging out in bed because of the cover. It not only hides the rail, but it provides the ideal backdrop. We are looking forward to many more picture-perfect moments. We absolutely would recommend this product to anyone looking for more than just a standard bed rail.

*Update: Stellar customer service!!! Quick and caring response!!*Ok, so it's super cute... We already knew that. But my rail came with one of the leverage bars backwards or upside down. Also, the straps are twisted no matter what I do (maybe because the leg its bolted to is upside down?). Also, it's frustrating to me that the assembly video (i.e. how to put it together) wasn't accompanied by an installation video (i.e. how to appropriately and safely install). I'll figure it out. Should be easy to rig it in some way if needed. But, you're selling the whole product not just the pretty cover. So, help us out please! Would've saved me some frustration. It does seem quite sturdy and I'm excited to see if it works for us even with a backward leg. Fingers crossed!!Will update review once her mattress comes and I can hopefully review it's actual usage. Wish me luck!

Works great for my child's bed. He doesn't have a box spring so I was hoping it would still work and it did. It seems very sturdy and he has been using it for a few nights now without any issues. My son isn't one to push on or lean on the rail so I'm not sure how sturdy it would be if someone's kid were to but it seems to be really sturdy. I also love the little cover that goes over it because it is more aesthetically pleasing than your typical rails and the little pocket on the inside of it is a good place to put his water sippy cup or stuffed animals. Assembly is easy to understand just a little difficult when trying to get the mesh cover over (required my husbands strength because it is a TIGHT fit). But overall pleased and would definitely buy this again for our second child.
