This stuff is GREAT! Just a tiny little scoop that holds 1,000mg (1 gram) of Vitamin C. I put 4 level scoops of it in our glasses of iced tea, it gives a lemony flavor. Warning though, it's really sour, so for my tea I add sugar to taste to counter it, my husband likes it without the extra sugar. My uncle, a doctor, has taken 10,000+mg (10+ grams) of Vitamin C a day for years. It's a water soluble vitamin, so any extra C is eliminated through your urine, which is very good for your kidneys.Vitamin C is touted by experts as a miracle vitamin that can help fix all sorts of physical problems, but the tablets can be a pain. If you're a Vitamin C nut like I have become (since having serious kidney problems), drinking it in your drinks (including not just tea but any drink you choose) is a pleasant alternative to taking those bulky tablets or chewing the lozenges multiple times a day. I have ordered this multiple times,it is a good powdered vitamin c. Dissolved in plain water,very tart,I mix it with a buffered vitamin c from another brand,keeps me feeling better. I believe it's non-gmo, if that matters to you. Very large container,lasts a long time,delivery was very fast. So I would recommend it. However as humans we are all a little different, so maybe buy the small container to start off. Vitamin c is crucial for maintaining your immune system.

I love the texture, it’s made in the USA, non gmo.It really doesn’t have a flavor. It’s more of an after taste of biting a lemon but without the lemon flavor if that makes sense? I really like it and will most likely buy it again though it should last me a while. I will tell you do not be a dummy like me and take it Oman empty stomach. I just opened my package after running around all day and exhausted without eating since the morning, but I thought it would help boost my energy by morning if I took it right before I went to sleep. Huge mistake. Since I didn’t eat after I took it. The taste that was left in my mouth was that of throw up after burping. What I mean is the acid taste and burn since I haven’t eaten all day. Bottom line is to eat before taking it and you should be fine. All in all it’s pretty good the texture Bri g my favorite part.Update:•••••••• I’ve been using this for about a week and I thought if I took it with food it wouldn’t upset my stomach, but it does. It’s much too acidy. I eat, way an hour and the. The scoop of C and it’s just makes me belch acid as well as make me nauseous . I really wanted to like it, but there’s no way. I gave it a week and the same result every day no matter when I took it. I don’t have a weak stomach. So the acid level must just be too high.

Every single day I take two scoops of this Vitamin C Powder and mix it with JUCE. Mixed with the JUCE powder it reminds me of a sweet and tart candy. The best part of this is how good I feel each day. Honestly, I feel more energized and as I work in a hospital, I am please to say that I have stayed relatively healthy. As a matter of fact I went a whole year and a half without missing one day of work or being sick. The small container lasts for months so it is a very good value. I highly recommend this product.

This is easy to dissolve in water or juice and drink.It obviously tastes like Vitamin C, so it's sour. If mixed with juice it adds a bit of tartness.This is how I plan to get my vitamin C from now on.It's expiration date is 07/27 so there's ample time to use it.

I got this for baking baguettes, this helps the bread stay in tact and gives it a crunch. One of these will last me a few years. Just store in a very cool place far from the kitchen and sunlight.
