fast and easy to make. What can I say, the wife made up the whole box and I ate most of them. Have not had potato pancakes in over 60 years, so had to try them. folloed the box recipe, but I added a bit of rubbed fresh nutmeg to them. tasty and no wasty,,, MAG

Doesn't hold together
Tasted fine but does not hold together like a potato pancake should. My nephew needs gluten free. Next time we'll go the more challenging route with real potatos instead of a mix.
