Order cast iron fire grate and this hearth ash pan. The ash pan fits directly underneath the grate and holds the ash perfectly, with little or no spillage over the sides, so minimal cleaning the next morning, without dismantling the whole area to clean underneath the grate. Excellent

Well made heavy duty tray, described and labelled 18 inches wide, it was nowhere near when measured it was 13 inches at the widest point

I ordered an 18" tray. Although the tray had a label on it that said 18" it measured at best 13.5". The metal was so thin that the slightest amount of heat would have buckled it and the finish!!! - It looked like they had taken a rusty tray and resprayed it. It was full of lumps in the bottom of the tray itself. To sum up, this item is not fit for purpose by any stretch of the imagination. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Now, in order to return it, I have to take it back to the post office - It just gets worse......!!!!!
