Complicated / take long to prepare meals
I think having seen Sam Smith I was keen on purchasing the nutritionist who helped him loose weight, but I found the food not easy to prepare, and not a everyday food that most have ingredients .....didn't use the book.

Eating healthy has never been so much fun!
I bought this book after deciding to try and get a balance with some healthy cooking. I have quite a few cool books by Delia, Nigella etc but they don’t really focus on clean eating.I’ve had this book a couple of days now and I love it! There’s a good bit of content around how to really succeed with clean eating and how to think about what ingredients to buy. There are plenty of recipes to cater to your needs from quick small plates to desserts. The recipes that I’ve tried are yummy and not too complicated however it’s good to know that the way the recipes are written they aren’t as precise or method descriptive as you might find a Nigella recipe.

Good recipes, condescending tone
I loved the pictures of the food, the layout of the book and the fact that's it's got a lot of low sugar recipes. I particularly love the salads in jars page and found that an exciting and inspiring way to take my food to work. What I didn't like was that I felt some of the writing was condescending and I also don't care which celebrities follow this stuff - I'd rather just get to know the author herself. My overall view is that I really liked the recipes, as someone who already subscribes to this kind of diet anyway but I struggled with the tone of the writing.

Great book to really incorporate into one's kitchen
Such an informative book that not only has great recipes but also very practical and useful advice about nutrition! The recipes are for beginners to intermediate cooks, the book as a whole is especially great for someone who would like to learn more about cooking holistically and healthy. It's not just meant to look flashy and trendy; Amelia Freer really approaches food in a very down-to-earth and practical way, her dishes are able to be incorporated into daily life.

Disappointing
There are some nice recipes in this book, but I was expecting more vegan recipes or variations, as there are in the 10 Day Plan. At the least, I was expecting that vegan and vegetarian recipes would be clearly marked as such (as in the 10 day plan), but they aren’t, so there is a need to read through each recipe and work out whether it is or not. Very disappointing.
