Is the entire thing magnetic or just a few parts? Need to know if it's 400 or 300 series SS. Thanks.

The one that arrived at my house was magnetic everywhere the entire tabletop, it was torn up in shipping. Some of the allen screws were missing. Again the one sent to me is very magnetic. What guage is the Stainless Steel on top and bottom?
