This product has increased my quality of life greatly. I don't know what I would do without it. This is one of the best products I have ever found. I used to spend 3-4 hours a day in great pain, and sometimes it was even 5 hours. Now I am much more regular and have almost no discomfort.It took a while to find the right dose, and I recommend caution at first until you see how it effects you. I never had a problem but I have read about people who have suddenly increased their fiber intake drastically and that can be very uncomfortable and can even cause intestinal blockage, so be careful and take it slow. Relief Fiber comes with a scoop and I never had any issues using that amount per day.I have also found that this product works best when used daily. It does not cure the IBS but does get rid of the symptoms for me, and that is saying a lot! Also I have found that other brands' products are not the same. Some are ground much more fine so that the same amount thickens mixtures ten times more, turning them into thick mud! (Never take any fiber product in a thick paste form. Some kinds of fiber used in excess or without adequate liquid can swell inside of you causing pain, can clog you up, and may even have to be removed surgically.)So after my frustration with the finely ground guar gum products which are meant for baking, I have gone back to Relief fiber because it is familiar to me and I have used it for a long time with no problem.

Glad that I found this product on Amazon. It is exactly what I need according to my naturopath. You can put it in any kind of liquid and or food, hot or cold and it still dissolves and has no grit or slime or taste. I put it in my coffee every single morning. I also added it to other foods that I cook, it is an excellent product as far as Being certified by Monash university and non-GMO.I never run out. I have the Amazon subscription which is awesome. Highly recogmend.

This product is amazing!!! I have had chronic constipation for over 10yrs. I used to have to drink smooth move tea every 3 days just to keep things flowing. I was diagnosed with IBS-C last month and am currently doing an elimination diet. I stumbled across this product while doing some low FODMAP research and ordered with hopes it might help. I had just tried Psyllium husk but all that did was make my lips super chapped and felt like it had sucked all water out of me (and I was drinking 3-4 liters of water after taking those pills)- all this with zero relief/results.Thankfully this product worked amazingly the first time I used it. And the best part is it doesn’t really have a taste. I mix a scoop with spring water and drink it every night. No tummy pain or camping (like I often get with smooth move)and my flow is regular-whoo hoo!!! Winning!!

Only 4 stars due to yukky flavor on unflavored, which this company doesn’t offer. Tropical flavor is great! I found my fave,Tropical Flavor off Amazon. As far as working, this proxy has answered my prayers. Not as harsh as many well known brands. I’m 125lbs and normally take 1/2 scoop daily.

I had been taking one of the mainstream fiber brand’s “orange flavored” variety for more than a year but the flavoring and fake sugar made me feel sick.Since switching to this brand my digestion has improved considerably and I don’t feel discomfort or bloating after taking this fiber, thanks to it being low fodmap.Really great product.

I have a lot going on, so maybe it is just me. But this stuff made me feel worse.

I have ordered this product in the past and a scoop was provided. I emptied the container and there is NO scoop. Difficult to get the recommended dose without one...
