This is the second time I have bough the lactation drink mix supplement! At first the taste was odd but I actually ended up liking it. I love sipping this on the go while I run errands. I read in the reviews that some people would get upset stomach but I have no side effect while drinking this supplement. I have noticed an increase in my supply as long I constantly drink one everyday. I definitely recommend giving this try.Overall, I love this drink for its hydration and nutritional benefits while nursing. Highly recommended for any nursing mom looking for a tasty and beneficial supplement!

Second time purchasing, definitely helped with milk production for my little one. I would drink two a day by pouring mixture into a water bottle. Don't mind the taste and would highly recommend.

I had to dilute the flavor because it wasn’t great. Couldn’t even finish the box. Get the cheese crackers instead!

In my many years of having children and now being “of a certain age” starting over, I have to say that this product works well for me. I breastfed all of my children and now (having started all over) with a new baby, my body was not producing as I did for the previous six children (all grown) so I had been trying all these different supplements. I usually test the new product for about a month before I form an opinion on if it’s good or not.1. The product helps with my skin, hair, nails, and joints because it has collagen in it.2. It actually does give me increased energy3. The flavor is decent a bit sour but it is lemonade, not to overpowering though4. It dissolves really quickly with no residue even after you let it sit.5. I did see an increase of milk BUT only after I had been taking it for about a week. But once it started it was consistent.6.it does hydrate well BUT I did find that I had to drink 2 or 3 a day especially bcuz of the breastfeeding.7. The value is average for what the product offers but I do hope they come out with a larger quantity offer.

IT WORKS! I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time is different because this product really works (and I’ve tried a few different ones)Do not expect it to taste like a pink lemonade because is not, but the flavor is not bad.

If your body can't handle fenugreek don't use this. Not only will it cause severe g.i. distress in you but it can also cause distress in your baby. It made me so sick. I had to throw the whole box away.

Only product I noticed a difference in quantity of milk pumped. Increased supply effectively! Taste is good. Tastes good in water or really good in blue Gatorade or Powerade. Highly recommended!

I usually forget to leave reviews but this drink mix is AMAZING. It totally exceeded my expectations, my daughter is 15 months and my milk supply has tanked the last month. I drank one packet in ~30oz of water (I think it took me 15 minutes or so to finish it) and a couple hours later I had a noticeable and significant increase in milk, I’m so happy! Because I mixed it with more water than recommended the taste was really bland, almost not existent but I really could less about the taste, I’m just happy it worked!
