I tried different outlets, it made no difference. I suspected that the power cord and/or "brick" transformer were bad. I read the specs on the underside of the brick (45 watts) and I ordered this replacement. JOY! It fixed the problem immediately. A huge relief.

My oldest child dropped her laptop while it was plugged in. Thank goodness the port on the laptop wasn't broken, just the charger plug. This replacement works perfectly, and was a great value.

I got this for my kids school laptop so we don't have to worry about them forgetting their charger at home. It works great. I like the light showing it is working (helped when laptop had issues). Great price. Hopefully the school won't change models so we can keep using this for years.

I will let everyone know that I found my old laptop that I spilled Dr Pepper on and as long as I can remember it could never charge, I always got irritated with it so it never really got better but that just before I got the new charger, the new charger I got was excellent! It came 6 hours early and I couldn’t believe it when I got home! Even though the estimate of where it was came inaccurate, it was amazing! I believe my computer had an internal problem because I spilled Dr Pepper on it so the charger didn’t work but that is all okay because it was internal and it had nothing to do with the charger. I was satisfied with the product and it came out perfect.
