This is a very,very good machine. It is really great for you heart, arms, and lungs. I love mine. I used a larger one when I was in the hospital. Thishelp me out as far as help keeping my lungs clear. To me, I can breathe a lot better after using it. Also it is great for arms. Richard

Perfect for my small desk. Light, compact. I read where people said that it moved while you use it, so I bought a mat at the same time and it does great. Is quiet, keeps me moving while I am sitting down, which I like. Great value for the money, a snap to assemble.

I love how easy it is to use but I am having trouble with the pedals staying on. I don't know how I will solve this problem. After I use it for about 25 minutes the right pedal has fallen off every time I used. I have not been able to accomplish my goal of 40 minutes.

Just got this in a very speedy delivery. I am sadly a couch potato and muscle tone is non existing so I wanted something low impact but functional. I put it together out of the box with little cussing and immediately started to use it. I have it at the foot of my slider rocker and each time I sit I slip into the pedals and pedal away until I feel like quitting and then start up again. Watching TV or reading while I build up some stamina. Still early in the process but the leg muscles did complain so I feel progress is being made. I will hopefully increase tension soon. Quite stable on the floor and it does slide away but I just pull it back towards me with the pedals. Probably some rug non skid pieces would do the job.

Very jerky and awkward. Have to get in a seat that is perfect for it to not hurt your hips. The plastic floor protection come off easily as it is moved. Had to glue those on. It has a rope that goes around and tightens and loosens it isn't a rubber band.

I bought this as an arm bike for my father who needs to exercise his arms as part of ongoing physical therapy. Since there are currently no arm bikes available in his town he absolutely loves using this one! It is small enough where it doesn't get in the way and easy to understand and use.

Awful! Could not make tension high enough to be of any use. If I didnt throw out the box it came in I would return it.
