Suitable trekking pole length = your height x 0.68. The pole adjustment range is 65-135 cm, and the suitable height range is 100-193 cm.

To adjust the length of your trekking pole, start by opening the flip lock. Extend the second section to your desired length, then tighten the thumb screw to ensure a firm hold. Finally, close the flip lock to securely lock the pole in place.

Q: WHY DO MY TREKKING POLES SLIP / COLLAPSE?

The poles are not fully locked. First, please OPEN the lock tab. Then, tighten the screws 1/4 to 1/2 turn clockwise. You should feel some resistance or difficulty in closing the lock tab. Please refer to the instruction for correct assembly.
