The media could not be loaded. Edit.. I’m updating my review 2.5 years after using this chair. It’s definitely a low quality product for sure. The locking mechanism for the recliner has stopped working, the leatherette material on the arm rest has weared off and the washer for the leg rest has broken. The worst part is Keppler Brooks customer care numbers provided on the product page is not working as I tried calling them multiple times with no success. One of the number is invalid and the other keeps going to busy message. Just having a fancy sounding anglicised name as your brand doesn’t help when the quality is cheap and after sales service is pathetic at best. Do yourself a favour and not buy this chair as the seller only cares until the return period is open.I was looking to buy a new chair with solid back support since i've been suffering back pain from sitting on my old chair for long hours. I was Initially intrested in buying a chair from Godrej or featherlite since these are well known and reputed brands but then saw a lot of good reviews for Kepler Brooks and they seemed to be ginuene. So, i ordered it with a little bit of skeptisism. I got a call from their customer service before the product was being dispatched where they sent me a video instruction link on how to assemble the chair once it arrives. The chair arrived the very next day via BlueDart.It took me 10 minutes to assemble the chair after going through the instruction video and it was super easy. The chair was comfortable to sit in and it has 130 degree recline along with a foot rest extender. Overall, in terms of comform this chair gets a 5/5.I however felt that the foot rest was a little fragile were i felt that it could break if i accidentely put more weight on it. Besides this, the overall buit quality is a solid 8/10.The next day i got a call from Kepler Brooks Customer service asking me about the chair and my thoughts on it. I explained to them about my concern with the fragility of the foot rest but was told that there is a 3 year warranty on this product and any issues with the chair with the exception of the Leatherette material would be fixed by them. This was a sigh of relief.All things considered, my final score for this purchase is a solid 4/5. Its not perfect but its close.

Bought this over a year ago in 2021, the chair has absolutely no issues so far. The chair is really comfortable, ergonomic, soft and the burgundy color looks just awesome.Few important things to know about this chair.1) If the chair's height is set wrong by which I mean if it's set to a position higher than suitable for your height then you will feel pressure on your under thighs and it becomes uncomfortable to sit for longer periods. This is because the front of the chair has a very soft and flexible cushioning due to which even when the height of the chair is too high, your feet will comfortably touch the ground but after 5 minutes or so you will experience pressure build up on your legs.2) There are lot of negative reviews on the footrest but the footrest is very useful and practical. Initially even I thought the footrest was a gimmick and was afraid that the steel rods would break. Best way to use the footrest is not to put the entire weight of your legs on it, I place a bean bag under the desk and place my foot on the bean bag and the chair's footrest provides additional support for the lower leg. I have tried using just the bean bag as footrest but it's just not that comfortable without the chair's footrest. So the footrest is a valuable addition which turns this office chair into a lounge chair when needed.3) Assembly is easy.4) Chair feels premium.5) Uses leatherette so is animal friendly.Overall I would highly recommend this chair for it's comfort and design. Would also strongly recommend to go with the Burgundy color, it's neither too dark, neither too light, not boring like black/brown chairs, not too flashy like some red colored chairs, just perfect.

The quality of plastic products is not good. And the movement is uncomfortable, the wheels always rotate in round. All other points are good, it's comfortable and easy to assemble.

Very comfortable yet sturdy. Easy to assemble. Value for money.
