Incomplete/Flawed Kit Caused Belt Failure Buying Again...

So the issue is that the pully that came with the kit (Carb Chev 350 two belt Kit) for the power steering kit rubs the fastener that holds the power steering kit on causing the power steering belt to seize which when it snapped in half it took out the water pump belt and left me stranded in the woods. I am not happy about having to buy a proprietary belt again so that I can fix a defective product. Not happy at all. BEWARE CVF kits! (They are not complete and they do not work unless you reengineer them) You have been warned!

I thought I was getting the belt on the left in the photo, but this is what they sent me. From the numbers, I think it a bit larger, hope it fits?
