Amazing! If you like tart lemons this is even better! A unique taste! I use it for desserts and sometimes add it to my sparkling water!

My local Japanese fusion restaurant has a dish they call "seven mushroom to-ban." After questioning servers about the ingredients, I developed a hack to make it at home. The only difficult part is finding the yuzu juice to give the butter sauce the right citrus tang. Oranges, lemons, and limes -- even a combination of them -- doesn't give the right flavor. It has to be yuzu juice. Since I can't find yuzu juice anywhere near where I live, I turned to this. It's perfect! Yes, it's expensive, and yes, the bottle is small. But if you need yuzu juice, there are no substitutes. This is what you want. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

really like this yuzu, it's a little more citrus dominant than others I've tried but I really dig it!!

Very flavorful, great for cocktails, lasts a long time and is packaged in a glass bottle, rather than cheap plastic

The flavor was more like a standard lemon juice and didn't have a robust yuzu flavor. For the price, you're essentially getting overpriced lemon juice with a hint of yuzu. It's a pleasant juice for sure, but I don't think it is a great value if you're seeking a strong yuzu flavor.

I add Yuzu juice and citrus apple cider vinegar to bottled of water to make a refreshing drink.
