Great GF aata.
This is the best gluten free flour for chapattis that I have ever tried. I use the flour as it is, but I add psyllium husk/ispaghol to it. I mix the ispaghol with water and turn it into a gel. I add that and a touch of oil to the dry flour and mix it in with my fingers so it resembles breadcrumbs. I then add very hot water with a touch of milk and oil and knead the dough until its at the perfect consistency. I let the dough rest for a while and roll it out like a normal roti. The taste isn't the same as roti (obviously) but it's a pleasant taste and a great, chewy texture, especially if you use the psyllium husk. I know I'm not following the instructions perfectly and adding my own twist, but still, this flour is amazing. Give it a go. If you use psyllium husk, make sure you buy the blonde version. For those who are saying it's sticky and you're unable to roll it out, you're using too much liquid. Another hint, use gloves and plenty of oil. It doesn't stick then. Good luck.

Good Atta!
I recently bought the Eurostar Chapati Atta Gluten Free Flour Medium Brown for my wife, who has gluten intolerance. Let me tell you, finding the right flour has been quite the journey! We’ve tried a few different brands in the past, but they all had one common issue: they tended to go hard after cooking, making it pretty tough for her to enjoy her favorite chapatis. But this flour? It’s a game changer. From the moment we opened the bag, we could tell it was different. The texture is just right—not too coarse, not too fine. When we made the chapatis, they came out soft and pliable, and my wife couldn’t stop raving about how much she loved them! It was such a relief to find a product that not only met her dietary needs but also delivered on taste and texture. It felt like we finally found a solution that didn’t compromise on the joy of eating. If you’re in the same boat as us, struggling to find a gluten-free flour that actually works, I highly recommend giving Eurostar Chapati Atta a try. It’s made a world of difference for us, and I’m sure it will for you, too!

Possible Gluten Free Great Chapattis
Makes a good consistency chapatti for gluten free flour and puffs well. Am excited but ……..Ingredients list a bit vague - ‘starch’ ‘vegetable fibre’. I am checking out with the manufacturer’s at present if there are any additives, guns etc in the product and what the ‘starch’ is and the ‘veg fibre’. Fingers crossed 🤞 no nasties. Oh dear - company finally replied and won’t say what the ingredients are in the ‘starch’ or if any is modified. How disappointing. They say it complies with labelling regs ……. People wouldn’t be happy with eg ‘protein’ and not knowing what it is.

Best GF Flours
Every Eurostar gf flour I have tried has been brilliant. I have them all down to a tee now and make up individual breads for myself in a matter of minutes. The chapati flour was the first one I tried but also use the Mediterranean flat bread and the pizza flour regularly.

Fabulous gluten free flour! Eurostar deserves 5 stars!
I had been battling for the past 5 years to make gf chapatis. I have tried several different flours even mixed some combinations to make some (perfect) chapatis for my daughter who has some gut issues! Some attempts actually worked, but most of the time I really struggled to roll it properly! But with this Eurostar flour, success the first time! Very expensive range-but when one has a medical problem there is NO choice unfortunately.

Amazing!!
I've tried over 6 different chapati flours and none of them come close to this, absolutely amazing, my partner is gluten intolerant and never got to eat chapati and she loved this and so did I even though I'm not gluten intolerant but tasted the same as normal chapati, also it can be used to make somosa aswell which is added bonus plus we use it in some pizza dough making. Very happy with the purchase

Excellent but a bit expensive
This is an excellent product I like making my chapati out of this flour. My only criticism is its very expensive, hence I rated it 4 star. O have found a local worldwide supermarket that sell it for £4.99 so buying them from there. It was very expensive on here

Very poor packaging as the flour was leaking and packed in another polythene. Pathetic quality and it doesn’t offer returns. Waste of money and not recommended to anyone

Wasn’t so great when we made the chapatis or maybe there’s another method of me doing it

The package came completely open. There is no way one can use it now and it is not even eligible for a replacement or refund.
