Product got damage while using
I followed the instructions as mentioned in the manual and did the seasoning and boiling of water. But when i started to use the product dor the first time, despite starting to cook at low temperature the pot started to crackle and break. Though the product thickness and make looks good enough not sure what can be wrong with the product.

Crack and black deposit
The surface of the 4l pot just cracked during its 3rd use and there is black deposit on the inner side.Dissapointed with the quality inspite of following correct cooking procedure as i have been using various earthern potware since the past 3 years.
