The tag is so small it was just impossible to remove. The clasp broke because of the problem with the tag. However, a replacement was sent immediately and arrived as expected. This time I knew how to get the tag off and had no problems second time around. This is an exquisite piece of jewelry. I purchased this necklace for a friend and she is thrilled. She only wears good jewelry and one would never know this is not the real deal. Excellent quality and would recommend.

Absolutely LOVE this necklace! I am tough on jewelry so when I received the necklace, I was a bit concerned about the weight of the chain. However it is holding up quite nicely! Would definitely recommend as a gift or a personal choice. My 13 year old granddaughter has commented on how pretty it is every time I wear it.

This necklace is just sparkly and beautiful. I have had this for several months now and it is just as bright and sparkly as when I bought it. Also no green ring around my neck and the rose gold on the necklace still looks good. This is a big deal because I have super acidic skin and it breaks down metals faster. Overall I am beyond pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Very pretty but I think I received the one the disgruntled employee packaged, what a tangled mess! After several, and I do mean several, minutes of untangling I finally got it straightened out. It is lovely and I'm glad I bought it.

I wanted a pendant that I could wear when traveling or while at work. I wouldn't worry about losing it or break it (I'm rough on jewelry) and this was priced to sell! It's a very pretty, small piece but it sparkles and has been taken as "real" by several co-workers who have seen it.I had to use my own 18" 14k gold chain because I didn't care for the one that was included but for the price, this was an excellent decision and I'm very pleased!

This necklace is so beautiful I can’t tell the difference between the real one and this one. The chain is very dainty so it can be fragile if pulled on hard enough. The quality of this product is great. I was blown away when I got it in. The gems are beautifully placed. I wear it all the time, I always get compliments!

This is a great purchase for the price! The rose gold finish is pretty and shiny. The stones are very reflective. The chain appears filmsy, but I replaced that anyway, so not an issue for me. Looks more expensive than it is, especially if you pair the pendant with another chain. Highly recommended.

I never take this necklass of for showering, swimming, exercising or sleep. It looks brand new after months of wear.
