Very good tasting tea. I sprinkled some plain Monk Fruit to sweeten. I am using it to try to reduce Blood Sugar by drinking it 3 times per day. We will see.

Heavy metal warning.It's fine not organic, but my guts simply can't handle heavy metals anymore.This was bought for helping my liver and kidney, not adding more work for it.

It’s a nice, smooth tea. I drink it every night after dinner. I’m Asian & a lot of my recipes call for sugar or mirin. I’m hoping this will keep my blood levels in check.
