Still working great after 15 months
Bought this after finding out oxygen level was dropping at night from new Samsung watch. After getting tested by pulmonologist, I didn't drop often enough to qualify for a CPAP. This helped me to self monitor and alter my sleep patterns to decrease even the not-enough dropping to alleviate the anxiety. Keeping it in the 90s is a goal. This has taken a beating. I put it back together with some difficulty but success. Still working well. I don't sleep beyond 6-7 hours.

Nice O2 monitor once you get it to fit right
Easy to operate once you get the hang of it, and it works well once you get it to fit snugly. The orange ring system makes it seem a bit cheap, but it does work. At first, I couldn't find the charging port, and I was leary of lifting the orange ring to find it. Finally I got a magnifying glass and found the usb symbol on the orange ring showing me where to lift it.While using it, it would often shut off during the night because I would move and break the connection. I wouldn't call my fingers small, more just the normal size for your average woman. So, to get it to fit more snugly, I took the plastic cap from a Dentek brush pick (see pic) and slid it into the part of the ring there to adjust the fit. This worked. Because the plastic cap is sort of long, it kept my finger somewhat straight. The ring fit much better and keeping my finger straight also helped hold the connection. There are probably a few things you might have at home that would do the same thing.Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. It is helping me see what is going on during the night, with and without my C-pap. I was hoping to discover that I didn't really need my cpap, but now after seeing the difference with it and without it on, I do need it. The reports that it produces are sufficient for my purposes. I would recommend it if you don't intend to use it a whole lot.UPDATE: Used this device every night for almost exactly 6 months, before it would no longer download to the phone app. If I had it to do over again, and knew how useful the device would be, I would probably spend a little more to get one that would last longer.2ND UPDATE: I contacted the Wellue company using the email address listed on the warranty card that came with it and they responded shortly after. They had me do a factory reset and now it's working fine. I would recommend this product and this company.

Great product unless you have skinny fingers
This is a great product, to help track your sleep O2 levels and train yourself to sleep in the best position. This is the perfect product (if you have normal fingers) for those with positional sleep apnea. I have sleep apnea, if and only if I sleep on my back. The ring monitors your sleeping O2 level and will buzz (vibrate) when the number falls to low, prompting you to roll over or take whatever action needed. Over time, it will train you to sleep in the prefer position. It stores up to 4 sleep sessions and easily downloads to your phone for review. Its only downloads to the phone or to an email, I would give this a 4 of 5 rating because, I find reading the results on my phone to be too hard. It is comfortable to wear, no different from wearing a watch or ring but it is large. Monitoring your O2, means red light is emitted continuously throughout the night, its didn't bother me but I was constantly concerned it would bother my spouse. The battery will last 2-3 nights and charges within 2-3 hours. I love concept and the product line but unfortunately this was not the device for me. I have skinny fingers, size 4 ring finger, it loses contact and gives me a false low oxygen reading. The band doesn't fit snug because I have skinny fingers, size 4 when normally size is around 6 for women. Also it is largish, and can catch in the sheets or bed clothing preventing the necessary amount of contact with your skin for a good reading, particularly if you have skinny fingers. I am returning this to try a different model in the same product family, thank you Amazon for your great return policy, because I think this is a great concept, I just need to find the right fit.

Software Very Difficult/Lacking
The product itself is basically ok. Very simple but when I put it on, it was hit/miss as to getting a reading. On one finger it would show 99% but on the next finger it would show 93%. The strap is basically like a rubber bank with no ability to adjust for fat fingers which is why I think that one finger shows one level and another a different one.It was on very tight with the lower level and after a while I felt I needed to take it off because it was starting to hurt. And I am concerned about what happens over time as the rubber, like all rubber bands, starts to crack and finally breaks. I see no way of replacing the band so I would need to throw it away and get a new one. Great for maker, not for consumer. Finally, the software was very limiting. Basically it was slapped together with no thought about providing any real information about the readings other than highest, lowest and average with a graph for the O2 and PR which was hard to read. I have an old meter that provides all sorts of stats on the readings for long sessions like overnight. While this one stays on comfortably, the report is worthless except for basic information of how your levels go up and down. With my cell phone it kept crashing and I would need to reboot the phone. The bluetooth is totally different than normal BT connections as you don't actually pair the devices but the software to the device. Overall, I decided that is was actually not better than my old device so I returned it.

A great oximettry and pulse monitor.
This is a great device. It monitors heart rate and oximetry. I was worried that I had sleep apnea because my wife said that I snored. Also, my apple watch woke me up 2x for a low heart beat when I was asleep. The Wellue device showed that my heart rate dipped to the high 30's when i slept. So I am seeing a cardiologist for that, and I can show him the records. My oximetry was ok. It would dip for 1-2 seconds below 90. Not an issue. Note: make sure that the device is snug on your finger, otherwise it will record no pulse or oxygeneation and the alarm will awaken you and scare you until you figure out what happened. Great price too. Easy to charge and connect to iPad. Highly recommended.
