ITEM IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BROTHER PRINTER DCP-L2550DW as claimed. Total waste of money. The item does not fit into the main cartridge holder. Of no use... BUYER BEWARE !!

Extremely good product at the price. There is of course a difference in print quality compared to the original toner. As with everything in life, pay more for better quality. At almost one fifth of the price, this toner gets the job done for a student like me.The best part is that you don't have to go through the hassle of unscrewing and getting your hands dirty with toner powder.Customer Service is also great. I had an issue with the printer continuing to show the "Replace Toner error". I called the seller and he asked me to perform a toner reset. After a quick Google search, I was able to do the same.This works for HL 2351 DW printer. You can give it a try with yours as well.1) When it gives you the Open tray and replace toner error, do as instructed by the printer and open it.2) Press the Back and Go button simultaneously for about 1-2 seconds and then press the back button immediately. You'll get a TNR-STR and a lot of other options. Scroll through the options using the up and down arrow buttons until you come across TNR HC. Press the OK button and then click the down arrow button to reset the toner. Voila! You're good to go now.
